A Virtual Mentor

January 3, 2008 by Eric Friedman

I found out today that a virtual mentor of mine, Om Malik, suffered a heart attack. I wish Om a speedy recovery and wanted to let readers know that I consider him a virtual mentor.

Since he began his blog, heck even before that, I have been a fan. I appreciate the honesty and analysis of his posts and others that come from GigaOm.com and hope that others will start to read his material.

Here is to a speedy recover and a happy new year!
