My wishlist for the future of the Blackberry

I am thinking about upgrading my Blackberry in a few weeks and have been bouncing around some ideas for what I wantneed in a mobile phone device.

I recently mentioned that I wanted my phone to be a wallet, keys, and a universal ID system. While I think this is years away, this like this are certainly possible right now – just not in the United States.

My upgrade of choice? The Blackberry Curve 8900

After reading Bijan’s post about his wishlist I thought I would create my own.

1. A working app store to easily installuninstall Blackberry applications
2. A solid Twitter application for Blackberry
3. Upgraded BBM functionality that does not erase past data
4. Better multimedia support so I can stop carrying multiple devices
5. Great mobile WordPress app
6. Native gmail apps client that allows emails to go into the native Blackberry email inbox (this one will cause trouble so let me explain – not forwarded email, not synchronized email, but true native Gmail email support)
7. Email & Contact & Calendar manager that makes sense and can de-duplicate entries
8. A solid browser
9. Native charger support without having to install drivers on a PC or Mac
10. Wallet and Key support to handle transactions and identification

What would you add?
