Yahoo! & Blue Lithium: Another Acquisition?

I heard a recent rumor that Yahoo! may buy 3rd tier ad network Blue Lithium (maybe even as soon as five days from now). Has anyone else heard this?

Jerry Yang must have caught the acquisition bug.
