I recently installed a new chat widget (located at the right hand side) where you can chat with either author of Marketing.fm (Lee or Eric).

I am not sure if this idea will catch on, but in the effort of continuing the conversation we will try it out for awhile.

Imagine if a large corporate website had a chat system like this? I am not talking about the liveperson chat windows that appear to be the same as robots, but actual hosted chat rooms within a corporate blog. I think this could be the missing link for the 90% of the quiet web surfers that do not participate…
